In this video from a few nights ago, Vikki is talking to Bruce over the phone asking him, what many have been saying a very long time is she mooching off him.
At the 4:50 mark you hear from Bruce himself agreeing yes she is a "moocher". Now if only he would kick her fat ass to the curb.

Yup. Vikki uses people (including Bruce) and she has no problems throwing people under the bus.
